Xolvis integrates Volt’s open banking method into online payment solution

Munich, 3rd February 2023: Munich-based software developer Xolvis is digitising the entire after-sales business of repair shops in the automotive, bike and aviation sectors and is now taking things one step further by integrating Volt into its online payment gateway. This means that Xolvis users now have access to Europe’s leading open banking platform, which connects more than 5,000 banks on the continent.

Now, Xolvis users are no longer dependent on the online banking of individual banks; instead, they can receive direct account-to-account payments via open banking – in real time. Volt’s service is currently available in Europe and Brazil, with new regions being added regularly. The method ensures that all transactions are carried out immediately and offers improved control for businesses, as successful receipts of payments are also immediately visible and confirmed. With the integration of Volt’s platform, Xolvis enables repair shops to do business with their customers in a particularly convenient and secure way.

Preferred partner Volt

“Open banking payments replace traditional payment methods like cards or manual bank transfers that are designed for face-to-face interactions, and are faster and more convenient for users. They also provide better protection against fraud and are more cost-effective for companies compared to other solutions,” says Thomas Pinter, SVP Sales at Volt. “We are excited to be working with Xolvis to support their business growth and provide their customers with easy payments and more payment flexibility.”

“Our online payment gateway is the heart of our solution for digital aftersales in the repair shop business,” says Xolvis CEO Martin Jacker. “We are consistently improving it to offer our customers the best online payment service. With Volt, we have now integrated Europe’s leading open banking platform. As number one on the continent, Volt was our absolute preferred partner. We’re happy to cooperate with them. In particular, we are happy for our customers.”
